Your Scout experience doesn’t need to stop when you turn 18. Whether you’re completely new to Scouts or have been with us since you were 5 years old it’s all about working together to build new skills, seek out new experiences and make a difference in the world. Long Eaton Network is based at the Sea Scout hut on Tamworth Rd and meets fortnightly, both at the hut and out and about, doing a variety of activities centred around the Community, International and Adventure themes. For a flavour, here's some of what we've been up to this year:

• Making wine from scratch
• Paddleboarding
• Working on a classic car
• Completing the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge
• Indoor Bouldering

The Network group also gives an opportunity to do top awards like the Explorer Belt, Queenscout and Gold Duke of Edinburgh awards.
